If they didn't get wet, I don't know why you'd toss them.
Keep. You could open one up in 3 - 6 months, to verify integrity. The only thing I would do, is make sure all moisture is removed from surfaces.
Keep. I would pull the labels, Wash the can with a good dish soap and use a fat sharpie to write the important data back on the can. Most #10 cans have a thin coating to keep them from rusting just out in the air so just dry well.

The 5 gal buckets same thing as long as they are sealed.
The reason I say to remove the labels is you have no idea what was mixed with that water and it can stay in the paper for years.
Keep but I'd go beyond using soap to wash the outside and use a dilute bleach. That water was not clean and the buckets especially have trap areas for gunk under the lids.
The issue with using bleach, unless you have the correct water - bleach ratio. You are not getting it disinfected. A good pre-mixed kitchen disinfectant, like Lysol kitchen anti -bacterial, works. That and ensuring all surfaces are dry, before putting them back in storage.
Should be good to go. I'd use a Lysol wipe or spray and dry with a paper towel after you get the label off. Bleach is an oxidizer, probably wouldn't have long enough contact to do much, but I'd play it safe.
