So every year I serve our kids the Easter Bunny for Easter dinner. Damn thing keps coming back and pooping out jelly beans all over the house!
We have had many ways of eating the little buggers.

fried with garlic few jalapenos. then toss it to the pups.
Debone it, cube it, bread it, fry it, serve with home made mushroom gravy over rice or taters
