I'd call Slaughter House a beginner trail (which is why I'm familiar with it :D). There are only a few obstacles, and one long hill. The hill can be fun in the snow, so remember to leave plenty of room between each other. The trail is a loop, and there us nothing to fall off of do it is relatively safe in winter. My club went to Johnny Park last weekend and there was not a lot of snow.
