From "The Rifleman's Rifle" to "Give me cheap or give me death" in 2 generations...

I didn't hear any word about this from the SHOT show, but it appears Winchester is clamoring among the manufacturers to see how cheap they can make a rifle.

The funny thing is... they don't appear to be competitive with the other cheap-o's in terms of cheapness... Ruger American, Savage Axis... and they appear to have ripped off a few tikka features.

Still, I expect a 3-shot range report any day now talking about how it shoots MOA.
