Prescription Auto-Refill Services

Looking for some help for a family member.

My grandparents (in-law) as well as their daughter are still living, for now. Grandma was running the house, but after battling Lymphoma and pneumonia, she is not going to last long (maybe today or tomorrow) and is bed ridden. Grandpa has dementia and though he has days of clarity, cannot manage the affairs of the house hold. Their daughter still lives at home, but is in her 60s, and has down syndrome. Both granddad and daughter are on a lot of prescriptions that need to be managed. Unfortunately for the family, the only other daughter competent and capable to manage their affairs is in CO, while they are in CA. They currently receive their medications though mail order prescriptions, but the company they receive them from does not allow automatic refills when the supply is running low - they must be logged into and reordered individually - very painful.

Does anyone know of a mail order service that will offer auto refills? Must work with Medicare and AARP Rx plans, but any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
