+1 for STEELWATER GUN SAFES in Georgia

Back in May of 2014 I ordered a safe from them and put $830 on my American Express. The next day I found out that the freight company would not deliver to my door since I have a 600 foot gravel driveway. They would just drop it on the county road. Since I'd have no way of getting it to the house, I called and cancelled and was told my card would be credited.

Had a tough year dealing with my wife's health problems and forgot about it. In preparing my tax returns for an extended filing I discovered that a credit was never issued. Took a couple of phone calls but yesterday I got a check in the mail for the full amount.

After such a lapse of time I'm not sure they'd have been obligated to do that.
