Desert Eagle 1911C

This is my favorite handgun next to my Sig 226 (sold...stupid stupid stupid). I have just over 1500 rounds through it. For a 1911 under 680.00, definitely a pistol worth looking at. I have smaller hands, and the only thing good about this is looking bigger standing at the urinal. [ROFL1] Double stack weapons are just harder for me to shoot.

Other models own(ed) and compared to the DE 1911: Kimber Pro TLE/RL, XD 45, .40, Glock 21, Kimber Custom II.

So far, no feeding issues at all, and as long as I do my part, pretty accurate weapon. It is a bit heavy to CC, and may change that up with something else on a daily basis.

Now the bad: finish sucks. Nothing a good cerakote finish wouldn't cure.
