I think people tend to pull together as long as they think there is a light at the end of the tunnel. They come together to stick it out as a group until power is restored and roads are cleared or whatever. It's when there isn't that light at the end of the tunnel that things really start to go downhill.
A thursday afternoon or evening news report, showing the trampling of shoppers as walmart opens their doors, for black friday sales, should be a hint.Quote:
