How many sq ft, frame, pole barn, single or 2 level, 1-2-3 doors for vehicles, windows, office within, radiant heated floor?

This will be a two level 24x28 garage next to my house; I already have an outbuilding. There is nothing special in phase one; I just need to get it up, and I will finish it off a little at a time. The second floor will be completely open with full length windows across one of the 24' sides, and wrap around the corner of one of the 28' sides. There will be two 7x9 garage doors, two man doors, and about 4 or 5 basic windows on the garage level. There will be no heat or electrical to start.Quote:

Congrats on your garage; it's always nice to see one come together, and I'm sure you will enjoy it. I looked at a lot of plans like these, but I have something very specific I need done so I'll need to get a set of plans written for me.
