If you don?t get a real answer you can start sticking small drill bits in the hole until you figure out the size.
I figured trying to measure the inside diameter of a hole that tiny with a set of calipers would be a royal pain.
I think the fiber rods come in just a few sizes. Something like .060?, .093? or whatever. You might have to do some math to convert the drill bit size to thousandths or just measure whatever bit seems to fit with the calipers.
When I broke the front sight on my muzzle loader (every single year!), I just went to Sportsmen's Warehouse and they sell a few different sizes in the archery department. I wasn't sure and told the guy I'd run home to measure and just ended up ordering on Amazon. Not only was it the size that was most available in the store, but it was something like 60% of the price of what I paid on Amazon. Make sure you price check local before just defaulting online.
According to the packaging I've got, Front diameter is .060"; rear diameter is .035".
