I found this mounted on a wall under a workbench in one of the outbuildings at my new place. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? The metal plate it's mounted to on the wall is about 12"W x 20"H if that helps.

I have no idea, but if you hit those blue bottles with a hammer it might be interesting.
Refrigerant bottles hooked into an air water separator for an air compressor . Possibly a homemade ac unit to blow cold air on something ? Instantly get your beer cold...

You are in Meth central of the USA, if you didn?t know already.
I suspect the blue containers are dessicant units.
I don't think they are refrigerant- everything is low pressure line and you don't have any of the other overhead <stuff> needed for a heat exchanger.
The timer would alternate between the left and right.
Not sure what the cross-feed (black knob) at the bottom does.
Plug it in and find out!
