Seeing the POST about Bob & Earl’s down in Trinidad reminded me that they serve the BEST Chili Cheeseburgers and Chili Cheese fries.
I’ll have to see if I can find them & have lunch next time that I am down there.
I haven’t had a chili cheese burger in a long time.

If you're in the area, stop by.
BUT be patient. Like every other business, especially food service. They're understaffed. KUDOS to the waitstaff, as they were hustling non stop while i was there.
