Kydex source
Does anyone know where I can get q 24x48" piece of Kydex in OD? Found it in black on Amazon for about $11, but looking for OD. (I'm gonna try to make new interior door panels for the Pinz, and this is way cheaper than the aluminum options). I think it might look neat too. There's gotta be a supplier I'm not finding...

Nevermind - found a source. Now to see if I can make a copy.
Can delete the post, unless anyone wants to see the excitement, and quite possibly the failure.

Most of us love to see projects so please post pictures.
Although you already found a source, I get all of my kydex from www.knifekits.com
Personally, I?d go with the thicker kydex for door panels.
Good luck.

That might be a good thing to keep in mind. Been a while since I really messed with kydex but I think it gets pretty pliable around 180 degrees.
I don?t recall how hot it can get inside a vehicle but the Pinz might be drafty enough for that to be less of an issue.

Found some on eBay. Knifekits was sold out. HolsterSmith was more expensive. Hopefully 0.080” will hold up. I expect that Ray is right, should be drafty enough to not heat up like an oven. If the Kydex doesn’t work, somebody here can have it.
