It was a drawing showing a small building straddling the Colorado-Wyoming border.
On the North side it had a paramilitary-looking dude with a sign that said "Magazines" (or something along those lines).
The South side was manned by a stoner-looking dude with a sign that said "Buds" (again, or something along those lines).
I'm hoping the collective brain trust can find it, my Google-fu wasn't strong enough.
