Curious, what's the purpose? It's not necessary to purchase firearms or tax stamps with an account in the name of the trust.Quote:

It establishes the credibility / legitimacy of the trust without a detailed description of what the trust does, exactly for the situation you ran into. IIRC it is only two pages and I was able to open a checking account for NFA purchase without any woke oversight or the credit union / bank having any idea what it is for.
Never needed it. As a trustee you're acting on behalf of the trust and your checking account, CC, etc. is suitable for payment.
Per "Rodney's Trust" instructions, I do complete a "Use Certification" letter that's signed by me as trustee, scanned for records, and a copy given to the FFL for NFA purchases. Likely, it ends up in the trash after I walk out the door.
