Need help with a 3d printing project

The handle on my water powered hose reel has broken, and is no longer available from the manufacturer. I found that I am not alone, but miraculously, the internet has provided a solution. There are files available to 3d print an upgraded handle. I am woefully ignorant on the subject, but figured that someone here might be able to print one out, and advise on the choice of material. I am quite willing to pay for materials and time, as this is one of the few gimmicky products that I have bought that actually works as advertised. I bought the hose reel in 2017, and it has worked flawlessly up to this point.

Probably want to pick ABS. PLA doesn?t do well outside.

PETG is supposed to be superior for UV resistance.

Oh..... I made some replacement cup holders for my truck in PLA. They warped and fell though into the center console, due to the summer heat/sun. Redid them in PETG and they are working well.

How big is the part? Do you have a picture?

Polycarbonate would probably be ideal, but you really need a dialed-in setup to print with it. Mine is very slow when running that material.
