Yup- Mine was down a similar amount.
It makes the overlords cranky since they have less of your money to spend.
House went up 4.5% and land went down a tiny amount
Residential in Jeffco went up 27 percent
Commercial Storage Garage in Dougco went up 32 percent
My results are certainly different than yours
Wheat Ridge went down.
Down here in rural Morgan county. Still way over valued.

Mine was up about 6%.
There has been a lot of million dollar plus new construction out here on the eastern prairie which has probably driven up appraisals
Mine was up a little over one percent. Their market value number is way low.
The assessments are the highest I have ever seen, the roads have the most potholes I have ever seen. You don't own your land, you rent it from the government. Some here have seen a 400% increase. Admittedly the housing growth is phenomenal, as families are fleeing the big cities due to crime, infrastructure decay, corruption etc.
