No surprise at all.
Every town is one of two or three organizations that actually write the anti-gun legislation for various municipalities.
It will be very easy for them to persuade their puppets (Tom Sullivan) to legislate their curriculum over the NRA's, which is sure to be chock-full of anti gun garbage.
They will be making money from gun owners while teaching them what horrible people they are. Genius!
Yep he’s all about control and money… no debate whatsoever. He’s going to take money from the industry, and try to limit options, especially ones that don’t line his pockets.

I remember when many employers mandated pre-employment drug tests... to work at places like Walmart or McDonalds.
Later it was discovered that certain legislators who voted this was permissible also owned stock in the companies making and processing drug tests... and a few ALSO owned stock in the shady companies selling products designed to circumvent said tests.
They profit from the laws they help pass. One of many ways politicians unethically use their position for personal gain. It seems a common practice.
