Boy, I'm split 50/50 as to whether or not we'll do anything. Whether we jump in or not, it's going to be interesting.
You've gotta hand it to the Iranian people. They're sick of the sh!t from the Islamic Regime and, totally unarmed are going out there to topple the regime.
Iran is ~2.5 Texas's and Tehran is not so easy to get to. I bet the war planners are coming up with some wild stuff.
Watching all that play out was hilarious.
Only limitation now is that we don't really have the necessary forces postured to do much according to anything I can find. I follow SentDefender and OSINTTechnical on X and they have been pretty damn accurate regarding major US movements.
We moved our only CSG out of the area a month ago. Even though our B2's can circle the globe to bomb Iranian bunkers, I don't know how that would help the Iranian people in this case.
I think they will reach a turning point in the next few days were Iranian police/military put down their arms.... or there will be a LOT of death.
Some estimates I'm seeing as of today state that there are at least 3k deaths, but high estimates are in the 12-20k range.
It's ugly. Pray for the good people caught up in it.
Usually stages from Fairford. This Five Eyes stuff makes the preps easy.

Someone needs to airdrop sniper rifles.
And pallets of AK's, grenade launchers an mortars. I don't see that happening, in part because it will take time to reposition assets, while thousands more are killed by the Ayatollah's henchmen.
In June, "Israeli raids against the regime?s oppressive apparatus, planned when Mr. Trump stopped last year?s 12-day war, would likely have been far more effective (the Israelis were gunning to eliminate more than 1,000 members of the command structure of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Basij), a significant U.S. strike today could still knock out some of these officers". So, Mr. Trump stopped Israel from taking out the IRGC and the militias, the same forces that are machine gunning thousands of unarmed Iranian. Sometimes I wonder if there's a Biden advisor in Trump's inner circle.
Arguments for taking action now are laid out in this WSJ article, worth reading: https://www.wsj.com/opinion/dont-rep...hare_permalink
Divide and conquer, another force needs to attack and force the RG to fight away from the population.
We need to stay out of Iran. We've fucked up the middle east enough already.
