A party is determined by the payer. For example, if you lease the land for the first Archery week, you/your party get the land exclusively for the allotted dates.

As long as you have the proper tag, you can hunt whatever species you want.

The elk are there year round! - The property is less than an mile from Vermejo Park Ranch, NM, and it borders Hill Ranch (Ricardo Tract) [To draw a hunt for Hill Ranch it takes a minimum 18 pref. point for a Bull tag and 13 pref. points for a Buck tag].
