SA Inc. Garand range report.

Finally got to the range today with my .308 Garand. Using South African battle pack, I sighted it in at 25 yards. Was not getting great groups (I'm not a benchrest shooter) they averaged approx. 1". Was not thrilled! Moved to the 200 yard outdoor range and was consistanly hitting a 6" steel. Since that is the way I do most of my shooting, I'm a happy camper. The only issue I had was having to push the bolt forward on the first round of a full clip and an occasional hang-up mid clip. Since I only had time for 140 rounds, I'm assuming it's a break-in issue.
