Wideners has it for $6.95/100. That's about the the cheapest price that I was able to find with a few minutes of googling.

Doesn't look like $300 for 10K rounds is going to happen. They're priced a tad over $.06 per round to $.08 per round depending on where you're buying and the volume you're buying in.
