If bison are considered agricultural in Colorado, and there are some that are feral, what is to prevent you hunting them?
Bison are not ag livestock or wildlife. They are alternstive livestock. So not considered wild thus private poperty.
As for being Feral...probably but see previous answer. Still private property
CO is an open range state so if you see them wandering around not fenced they still belong to someone.
