System Shultz & Larsen MD 38

Is anyone familiar with a System Schultz & Larsen MD 38? I've inherited one that is a little bit rough. The thing weighs about 21 pounds, has an iron shoulder hook, set trigger, very heavy barrel. Oh, did I mention that it is a .22 and weighs 21 pounds. Any info would be appreciated.

I have never heard of it but I bet you would have more luck in the ".22 rimfire" section rather then the "long range/precision" section. Good luck
