MP3 Guru's
I need a program (preferably free) where I can insert sounds at certain intervals.
Here is what I want.
Take my MP3's from my computer and insert a beep or simular sound say every thirty seconds or every minute or two minutes. But i want some of them to be 30 minutes long so I will be using more than one of my MP3 files. Then I will need to save it as a MP3 file so I can put it on my Gigabeat.
Make sense? If so anyone know of a program that can do this?
It will be used for something like this workout
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
So for this one I will need a beep every minute.

there are a few audio editors out there

I highly recommend Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Free as in 'free beer' (i.e. costs nothing) and free as in 'free speech' (i.e. open source).
Very easy to use, fairly advanced and powerful enough for multi track recording. etc.
You could theoretically set up your own 'beep track' of 1m/30s beeps or whatever and mix it into any song you want. Export to mp3 and have fun.
