Admins Help! Can't post in For Sale Sections

Admins please help me. I cannot post replies in any of the sales sections. Is this related to the Great Crash?

Hey there newbie. New rules state you need 500 posts and 2 years membership before you can post in the for sale forums.

n00bs.. as if stickies and 300 threads of the same aren't enough.. I say deny him access.
