Not really a dealer, but

I purchased a new DPMS AR from Jensens and tried, in vain, to remove the lock ring from the stock and in doing so (attempting) I managed to break one tool, destroy the "teeth" on the lock ring and bugger the threads pretty good. I called DPMS/Panther Arms and asked if they peaned (sp?) the lock ring in place and they said no, it is just loktite. I explained what I had done and they said to send it in and they will look at it for me. I sent it in and for a $15.00 smithy fee, they replaced the buffer tube and lock ring I messed up and installed a DD sling adaptor for me. I wish I could say that it looks great, but UPS is being funny about delivering it. (they won't come when we tell them to, just like my dog. at least I can beat the dog. which may explain why he won't come :roll: )

Any way, DPMS is a great company to do business with. If I ever get my lower back, I will let you know how it looks.
