What are the laws pertaining to this? As long as its on a sizable piece of land and you're shooting safely, there's nothing in the books against it is there?
Small game hunting license normally but on private property I'm not sure.
Is there a line separating defending your chickens and hunting?
I don't think you can hunt for hire but not positive. I know you have to be a licensed outfitter/guide for big game but im not sure how it pertains to small game ror varmints
I know you can protect your garden from rabbits without a license on private property, whether you are the owner or a representative of the owner, pretty certain the same applies for yotes. Getting paid for it may be an issue.
I think you'd just want to be sure you're getting paid for their pelts, not for their "removal" ;)
