followers and springs?

i need to up grade 25-30 mags to get them to work a little better. what are the best followers and springs that i should be looking for?

Take a look at the MagPul parts... followers and base plates at least. Not sure on springs... but the mag either needs to have been seriously abused or way old for those to need replacement in a typical AR mag.

is there a differance between the magpul orange and grey followers other than color?

No diff. I actually have a few Grey and Coyote followers I am looking to get rid of.
