ATF NFA Branch -- Form 4's?

What kind of turn-around time are you guys seeing lately?

I submitted my paperwork the beginning of February.

I submitted mine an anxious 43 days ago!

I recently bought a form 4 item from an out of state seller. He sent the forms in on Jan 3, he got them back around April 10. There was a slight delay because he only put the mailing address not the physical address for the dealer here in CO. I think the delay from that was about 2 weeks.

You can always call them and ask the status.

I just called and mine went pending on April 18th. [Beer]

So 40 days from being dropped in the mail until pending status. They said anywhere from 2-5 weeks from pending until approval!
