Laser range finder for long range shooting... 1500 yards at the least.
So what do you use?
So I'm in the market for one, but I am not willing or planning to spend over $1K for one. [Coffee]

I use a Leica Geovid, but dont range much stuff past 1200.
Vectronix Terrapin. Little overkill but repeatedly ranges bushes off hand at 3900 yds.
Holy sh*t fellas.. those are extremely high end LRF's....

I'm looking for a LRF for the reason of wanting to participate in a Endurance Challenge someday... and really curious to what you guys are using. [Beer]
Here what I am planning on getting...

Swarovski. It's ranged out to 1,900+. At roughly $900, it's a decent value. It is heavy, though.
The only laser under 1K worth considering is the Swaro monocular. Pretty much the rule of thumb is that in poor conditions you can range reliably to about 1/2 the advertised range capability . The Swaro is a proven performer out the 1200ish . The Bushnell has a very good laser but the glass is crap and the reticule is too dim in bright light backgrounds .
