Deny the permit to get a permit by failing to implement the infrastructure, taking a page out of the book of all the states that were forced to go to "shall issue" for CCW permits. Look for the next "assault weapons" law to forbid possession in "sensitive areas", ie: anywhere outside of a locked safe.Quote:
