You're going to frost in with cream cheese frosting and not ruin it with buttercream or something else right?

My wife brought home a pumpkin loaf last fall that was blasphemous and made without the proper frosting.

Ole timey, from scratch, takes two days proper, four layer red velvet cake & yes with a mascarpone cream cheese frosting.

Not a preboxed, fondant-capped pretenders' oreo crusted cupcake.

Pork loin for dinner. It was excellent. Plenty left over for sandwiches. Little joys.
