It kills a fly after like five perfect shots in a row. A scorpion probably won't even notice. They are best for spiders.

I make reds in a rich fruit forward style which isn't typical for Tempranillo, and this one was fermented with a light French oak. Very nice, not complex but both tannic and smooth with a slight chalky character. I'm pleased but wish this wasn't one of the last remaining reds from my home winery. I look forward to making wine in Palisade again in a couple years.
