You seem to have good taste in almost everything you buy and post pics of. How you like that stuff is unknown to me.

You want a good italian dressing, start with some shaved parmesan cheese. Mix the wet ingredients, then let the cheese sit in it for a few days, before finishing it. Add a few drops of lemon juice and some sugar, till you get the taste you're after.

Got three of the dirt bike/quad fleet running as they should. Hoping minions make it out this weekend. With any luck will have Blaster ready too. Picked up carb kit for it yesterday.

The little China bikes(2) just seem to keep running.

New carb, plug, coil and oil every couple years.

I hate working on them. They could have at least used a little logic in the process of knocking them off to cheapen em. The minions even point out stupid engineering.

And don't get me started on finding parts.

At least working on the bigger Jap bikes shows the engineering is better than my mech skills.
