My experience has been that yes new vehicles are emission exempt in CO for 5 years and it follows to new owners. Although I haven't bought a new car in a while so things may have changed.

Another week of bs heat behind us and another ahead....

Well. Denver channel 7 has gone to shite. They put on a sob story of two food workers and how the lack of the $600 extra a week barely was enough and now they are going to starve. The chick making that comment had a socialist of america shirt on. Yeah no agenda or bias there.
