Cat came home for dinner tonight and I think he has a broken tail. It is lying flat and hanging straight down. Not sure what happened.

Damn man poor pets lately! She will be ok but it might end up having funky movement. Might wanna take her to the vet and see what can be done.

It's per axle, or use to be, So a vehicle pulling a double axle trailer is like 2-3x the average vehicle rate.
