So... Battenfeld / caldwell upper receiver block ( ambi) is in fact not set up to do a stag L/H upper.

After talking with a CS from Battenfeld ent. They said well.. it works on Left & Right hand uppers..BUT................................... Not the stag due to the port door stop on top, not bottom. Said there's really nothing we can do........ HOWEVER to make it right We will send you the following items

Told them i wasn't looking for free stuff, just figure out , in the future the block does not work.
Ended up milling out the area that needed to be relieved for it to work. AND i now have more goodies. Thanks Zane CSR @ Battenfeld

I'm very happy with it.
I borrowed my buddies 255xt (pictured) and a Miller 252 from another close friend, and decided on the Lincoln after welding a bunch of stuff. The price of the Lincoln was also better, but that was less of a concern. The 256 seems better built, and since there was no major difference in welds, I chose it.
First project, some new "saw horses" for all the welding projects that we have going currently.
