Great morning at Mason Res yesterday. Wish the trout had been bigger, but the surroundings can't be beat. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...1553882dbf.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...41bcf55702.jpg

If you do the drive by twice before 60 days ( to allow for the emissions computer to align with the DMV computer) of the expiration of your tag, and pass both times, your renewal notice will state ?passed roadside emissions? and then you are free to renew online. But waiting until you get the renewal, it is too late for a drive by.
You guys with knee pain should check this guy out. Don't be intimidated at his state of flexibility now, but pay attention to what he's saying.

Weed killer. This might be helpful or of some use to those willing to try it.
Homemade organic style that is effective on even nightshade, which is hard to get rid of:
1 gal white vinegar
2 cups of table salt
1/4 cup dawn dishwashing soap
The other one is nowhere close to organic and has been touted as the "H-bomb" for weeds and anything you want dead on your property.
Diesel fuel mixed with a herbicide called Remedy Ultra mixed at 3:1 respectively.
Would you use this next to other plants, or say in your grass to get rid of a dandelion?
Or better for weeds on the driveway and in rocks?
Yes driveway & rocks.
I would not use it anywhere you have trees, grass, garden, etc. The vinegar and soap work, actually any liquid dish soap will do the trick.
. Adding salt, on the rocky areas is good. BUT....anywhere you use the salt, has the potential to sterilize the ground. And or make it difficult to grow anything. We used that mix on rocky areas to kill weeds. Any that was around grass, killed it, as well.
That mix will give you a year or 2, of weed free ground, depending how hearty the weed was.
I figured with the salt, but thought I'd check.
OK guys, got a technical job interview this afternoon for something I really want to get. So looking for some good well wishes and such while I do some last minute studying up on things that my experience is a little light on.
