That's is very true. I think the last time it happened, it was almost 4am and on a weekday.
Oh, I forgot another fun feature. That smoke detector was 15 feet up on a vaulted ceiling.

Those things ONLY start to beep in the middle of the night. And I always struggle to figure out which one is actually doing the beeping. totally ruins a good night's sleep!
