Can you deap fry in them too? "Broasted Chicken" (basically deep fried chicken fried under pressure) is excellent, but usually only done on a commercial level, not at home. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broasting

Not recommended for deep fry... The escaping moisture from the food ends up in the oil.

Saute is the hottest it will go for browning meats.

I was thinking the same thing, eleven secret herbs and spices, homemade KFC... But no joy.
