Watched "Life of Brian" this weekend....I had forgotten how funny Monty Python was.
Now I'm watching Pandora's Promise on Netflix. It is a documentary about nuclear energy. It is nearly all environmentalist, activists, and other people who were anti-nuclear, and have changed their mind. Still against fossil fuels. Interesting so far. I'd give it a watch.
Edit: Finished and I enjoyed the documentary. They try to draw a direct connection between people who are staunchly against nuclear power and those who they consider climate change deniers. It's too long to type from my Nook, but it is great seeing a major figure in the anti-nuclear movement squirm under simple, polite, questions about her position. Give it a watch and form your own opinions.
It's got a sorta romancy thing going on, but I actually didnt mind "How I live now" for showing a kinda modern day what if there was a nuke + war and how dirty ugly things can get.
good week for me, got to see the xmen "days of future past" IE we unscrewed our world
and a million ways to die in the west..
Fury. Go see.
Just watched America: Imagine The World Without Her... WOW. Awesome film. Dinesh D'Sousa does it again. If you're not familiar with his work (books and 2016: Obama's America documentary) check it out. He's really good. America challenges the whole "American Shaming" idea that was brought to popularity by Howard Zinn (Aka, the world's biggest douche).
