It's not like they're complete junk which is the category I throw a Hi Point in. Maybe you just have a higher opinion of Hi Point than I do?
By the way, the ones I suggested also have ear "clips" that you can attach which makes them stay put better (for me) than the style inner-ear clip you listed. This from someone who always went with over-the-ear clips because I tend to use mine when I'm active and need them to stay place. These el cheapo's have served me quite well though and I don't even use the over-the-ear clips that come with them and if I position them properly they stay pretty well.
For me, the style you listed was a PITA because of the wire that connects them. If I had it dangling in front it was obnoxious and bothered me and I'm sure I looked like a doofus. If I put it behind me head inevitably it would get "caught" on my neck and start to pull them from my ears. I would adjust the strap to various lengths but it just never could quite get right.
I think they all have their inherent flaw but after owning dozens of bluetooth headphones I like these latest ones the best. My favorite is they're almost disposable at the price so I don't have to worry about them since I can buy several pair for what the more expensive options cost. The sound isn't incredible but I like the flexibility of being able to wear one or both depending on the situation. I also like the rechargeable storage base that allows me to throw a charge on them a couple of times when traveling and I don't have access to a charger.
