That site will also help you find other satellites and cool stuff in the night sky... most of which you can see with your naked eyes.
And Colorado is great for seeing stuff in the night sky, because there is a lot less dust and moisture in the atmosphere between us and space.
Might be a long shot, but is anyone here into astronomy or anything like that?
I just figured with so many people who love the outdoors, there might be someone with a cool telescope or something.
I know we've got some good photographers on here. Often times photographers get interested in astronomy because taking pictures of stars and the night sky can turn out really neat.
I got a few cool pictures of a Delta II launching in California last year, but the quality was pretty mediocre... I couldn't get any closer than about 4 miles from the launch pad and with a 300mm lens, it takes lots of cropping to fill the frame.
