Dynamat. Triple layer on the firewall (loud diesel), double on the floors, doors, and back, single on the roof, with the carpet on top of it.

An afternoon.

Definitely. One of the best mods I ever did to that truck. Will do it to the next truck I build with the intention of keeping.
Was there a big difference?
Very. Outside of it you couldn't have a conversation standing within 20ft of that thing... inside, you could almost whisper to each other.

Idk if I trust myself to do it alone. Although we carry dynamat in Best Buy so it might be discounted. Idk how to take off carpet and put it back on or the headliner and I havent ever taken my door panels off.
