Both are C130s from FE Warren.

It does look like his is peeing. However he has a small tool belt on and he was digging for screws in the pouch.

As of 3PM Thursday, July 27th, this is no longer the banks house. My home is now officially MY house after making a loan payoff payment. "Paid In Full"! (Only took 27 years and 8 months)

Nice. Just remember if you want to keep it you?ll still have to pay the property taxes for the rest of your life. The bank might not be able to take it from you anymore but if you don?t keep paying the government for something you own they darn sure might take it from you.

Ain't that the hard truth. In reality, we own nothing - we just pay for it and hold onto it for the government.

The bank (Wells Fargo) sold our mortgage and told us they'd take payments until Aug 3rd. We decided enough was enough and we could afford to pay it off, so that's what we did. I guess there was a positive to the Mrs. not letting me buy all of the guns I want and putting the money into our account "just in case".

We're taking the money in escrow for taxes & insurance and starting a new savings account. We'll put $300/month for starters into that account and adjust up if needed to cover future taxes and insurance as it comes due. Something tells me I'll have to increase that to $400/month in short order.

Congrats on being able to rent it from .gov forever.

Better position than most of us are in.

It is a great feeling. We were able to do that last year. Now our property tax and homeowners insurance has gone up where we are paying almost $600 a month with no mortgage.

WF sold my mortgage as well - to Mr. Cooper. I guess they don't like small, low interest mortgages from responsible borrowers.

PITA to setup the auto pay from the bank to them fka Nationstar. Happened right when I was making a hail damage claim too so that's been fun.
