I found it on another site. The flimsy, worn out holster was my first thought. The pic was followed by an "educated" discussion about how crappy and dangerous Glocks are, OMG the gun is unpredictable! eyeroll. Dude, right there in the pic you can see the holster crimped and pushing on the trigger. Don't want to spend money on holsters, then buy a gun with a traditional safety and learn how to use the equipment, like don't carry chambered.
I think somebody was combining photos on the Glock/butt shot.
I remember the photos from the original incident. The guy was seated in the passenger seat of his vehicle and tried to holster the Glock in that flimsy, worn out leather holster (wearing it at about the three o'clock position) and when it discharged it tore up his pants, gave him a superficial wound somewhere on his hip, and went through the car seat. I'll try to find a link.
Here it is. The holster pics were taken from this story. Obviously the guy wasn't shot in the ass.

Nice pull![Beer]
I saw the butt bullet hole somewhere else too. IIRC, it was a softside, not leather holster in that case.
Why do people on the interwebs have to make shit up?
Here's the true story about the butt shot. Nylon holster.
