I remember the photos from the original incident. The guy was seated in the passenger seat of his vehicle and tried to holster the Glock in that flimsy, worn out leather holster (wearing it at about the three o'clock position) and when it discharged it tore up his pants, gave him a superficial wound somewhere on his hip, and went through the car seat.
