Get to move closer to the gf.. which means more brown chicken brown cow..

Get to quit renting.. and EVENTUALLY make money on my purchase..

Make you're 1st list, then after that. Keep a pen and paper handy. Because the 2nd list will fill some of the gaps the 1st list should have taken care of. Followed by the 3rd list. But just make time for the fun things which should be included in the 1st list, But you didn't have time for, so it needs to carried on and put on the 2nd list of fun things to do of the work list!! I know a few things right off the bat.. fence and power to the garage.. after that I'm good for the winter I think.. maybe some insulation in the garage?

I do know I need to get a safe.. you can move that for me :)
