Yes they do, but they reference blue and brown wires that I do not have.
Seems to me that the power cord was replaced.
Miller support contacted me. They explained my mistake in wiring and I got it up and running. Thanks everyone.

Got to love the toll free CSR line. You print out the owners manual? There's always something you tend to overlook or forget when you don't use said machine for some time. Now go cut some steel. I have one from cyberweld that does 3/8 pretty easy. What ever you do. DO NOT sell your chop and or band saw.
Haha I still need a chop AND bandsaw.
