I was thinking of ways to help increase the insulation, like if you built it so that the door opens up into a shed or house or something.
Doomsday Preppers special right here. I am sure the ground under a garage stays pretty unfrozen. and the place isn't even visible from outside.

Interesting.. almost the same as our concrete pond and storage underneath it. It stays very cool all year long.
